Joe Rodriguez COO
Joe Rodriguez is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering. He brings 20 years of Residential construction, project management, and light commercial experience to CJM. Along with residential construction experience, he is a Veteran of the United States Army where he served as a 19 Delta Cavalry Scout. Outside of work he supports multiple charitable organizations through volunteering and sponsorships.

Carlos Izaguirre
Carlos Izaguirre is from the great state of Georgia but born and raised in the great country of Texas. Carlos bring 23 years of Customer Service, Project Management, and Construction experience to the team. It started back in 2000 when he did 10 years of customer service at a call center for a major corporation. Then he climbed to the top of another type of business in Property Preservation for eight years. That led him to his final five years working for a company as a Project Manager completing multifamily repairs. The skills he gained from his work experience has given him the ability to complete projects for all types of customers. Large projects are welcomed but he knows his limits and prefers projects that only require himself.
